Tiger Moth Biplane Weathervane

This weathervane depicts the Tiger Moth Biplane, a 1930s design used by the RAF. It was initially designed as a gift for someone who had flown these planes early in his career.

A support rod, painted pale grey so as to not be too noticeable against the sky, gives extra strength to the back end of the design.

This weathervane is electroplated to help prevent rust, which adds to its quality and durability, while the black powder coat finish retains the look of classic black ironwork.
