Battle of Britain Weathervane

This Battle of Britain weathervane features three iconic British planes; the Lancaster bomber, Spitfire and Hurricane flying over British countryside. The skyline design depicts instantly recognisable features of the British countryside such as Oast houses, a church spire, trees and a windmill. This military weathervane is designed carefully so that the laser cut design largely supports itself, with just one rod welded at the front of the Lancaster Bomber giving the design extra strength. Most of the surface area, (i.e. the planes), sits at the back of the sail, therefore meaning the weathervane functions perfectly as a weather reading tool.
