Our Train weathervanes are set apart from our competition because they are designed by an experienced professional illustrator, ensuring exceptional attention to detail. We genuinely enjoy exploring any subject and creating new ideas to expand our range, therefore bespoke designs are offered at no additional cost. We are open to custom designs based on any vehicle, or inspiration from photos provided by customers, but are equally happy to thoroughly research any theme ourselves.

High-Quality Craftsmanship from Scotland

Our Traction Engine weather vanes are designed and manufactured near Hawick, Scotland with precision and care. Their construction is sturdy and durable; they are TIG welded for strength and precision, and with a layer of zinc electroplate to prevent rust, can be admired for years to come. As well as being designed as a decorative feature, our train weather vanes are built as a functional weather reading tool. Finished with a black powder coat baked on at 170 degrees, they have a traditional black ironwork aesthetic and importantly a hard-wearing, long lasting finish.
