Q: How will my metalwork be packaged?

All packaging is custom-sized to reduce waste. Products are wrapped in bubble wrap and cushioned with reused or recycled materials. Boxes are typically shaped like jigsaw puzzle boxes.

Q: What courier/delivery service does Black Fox Metalcraft use?

We use Parcel Force for larger items like weathervanes and signs (tracked 24/48 hour service), and Royal Mail Signed For service for smaller items.

Please allow up to five weeks for delivery of your Black Fox metalwork. Where the item is small enough to be send through the post office, for example hooks, brackets and some small house signs, mainland UK delivery is with Royal Mail. For everything else, the small delivery charge covers the cost of using a reliable 48 hour courier. If you are outside of the UK, please contact us for a delivery quote.
