Morris Dancers Weathervane

Morris Dancing is an eccentrically English pastime made popular in the 15th century, and I think this unusual weathervane is a great way to celebrate that. Photographed here by a very happy customer against a beautiful orange sunset, you can see the design creates a perfect silhouette against the sky, celebrating the joy of Morris Dancing.

The design features two Morris Men, both kept behind the balance point in order to provide enough surface area for the wind to catch & turn the sail. It’s carefully designed and crafted by Black Fox Metalcraft to an exceptionally high standard, meaning it will stand out and be admired long into the future.
