A weathervane featuring a Fordon Major Tractor with a Border Collie sat waiting in front - a wonderful gift for a farmer. The finish consists of a layer of zinc electroplate to protect against rust, and a traditional looking but highly durable matt black powder coat, baked on at 170 degrees. We can create weathervane designs based on any make or model of tractor at no extra cost.

Designed and crafted entirely in the UK, Black Fox Metalcraft's weathervanes are all electroplated as standard, meaning their lifespan will be significantly longer than that of a non electroplated version. The matt black powdercoat gives a traditional aesthetic, which because of the high standard of the finish, will be maintained for many years to come. For advice on choosing the most appropriate size of weathervane for your property and the location, have a look at the weathervanes installation page.
